On the new mitigation form you are given choices of Clips, Single Wraps, Double Wraps, Structural other unknown or no attic access. All turbo rater gives in Clips Single Wraps, or Double Wraps. You give no choice for structural. Structural is the best credit. Please see below what the mitigation inspector said and advise please Roof covering is FBC compliant, level A. Roof/deck attachment is D, reinforced concrete, the same as level C on the old form. The roof/wall attachment is structural. I don’t know why they marked single wraps on the old form. That only applies to wood roofs. Structural is the top rating. Finally, they do not qualify for opening protection. The answer is “X”. I hope that helps. It sounds as if your rating software has not kept up with the form changes mandated by the state…
