| Disable a User (to remove a user’s TurboRater access or free a space for a new user) |
| Answer / Solution |
 |
NOTE: You must be an Admin to disable a user.
Once you disable a user, the user can no longer access TurboRater.
Also, TurboRater accounts allow you to add a set number of users at the current pricing. If you want to add a new user, but the system won't allow it, you can disable an existing user who no longer needs access to TurboRater so you can add the new user. Otherwise, contact [email protected] to enable your account for an additional user.
- Go to Administration and select List Users.
-
Go to the user to deactivate, and click Edit.
-
At the status field, select Disable.
-
Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
-
If you want to add a new user, go to Administration and select Add New User.
