1)  The Citizens online program is very time consuming just to get a quote.

2)  Many detailed questions are ask up front just to get a quote indication.

3)  The quote process is geared more towards new business and difficult for renewals.

4)  Duplicates can be created in the Citizens program if you are attempting to give different options to the insured on a renewal.

5)  You can not access the renewal in the Citizens program until they have issued it.  That may only be 30 days prior to the renewal date.

6)  TurboStorm is very easy and user friendly when it comes to quoting and there isn't much training needed. 

          NOTE:     Unfortunately, You will need to go through the Citizens training since you must submit the risk through their website to bind them.
