The application is already in the program for Dwellings (the only risk that they are taking for Builder's Risk)

You will need to select Family Dwelling as the Policy Type and then answer the Commercial-Residential question as NO.  You will then see the Builder's Risk entry field gray out and default to Yes.  You will need to select whether it is a renovation or not.

Select Yes to Buildings/Contents to enter the construction, value, etc.

When you rate the quote it will give you a zero premium.  Click on the Application button to add additional details.  Then you will be able to print the app to submit to Citizens for a Builder's Risk quote.
