For Commercial Non-Residential Multi-Peril Citizens will only write buildings with a Replacement cost value of $100,000 or more.  They do not write Special class items such as a fence.

For Commercial Residential Multi-Peril Citizens will write the guardhouse (entered on the same screen as the main buildings), but for Special Class property items, they will only write Swimming pools, Radio Antennas and Open-sided structures.
