Type in a minimal description in the Nature of Operations entry field and either press your Tab key or click on the link at the end of that entry field.

A list of full descriptions with the text you had typed in for the look up will appear somewhere in the full description.  There may be several pages of descriptions, click on each of the numbers on the bottom bar to go to the additional pages.

Once you find the best description that fits your risk's occupancy, click on the Select button to the left of the description.  This will then take you back to the main entry screen for the building with the 4 digit CSP code and the full description that is associated with it.

 For example, you want to look up a doctor's office.  Type in Medical  in the Nature of Operations  entry field and press tab:
