Question / Issue
differences between a personal lines multi-peril policy and a commercial lines multi-peril policy

Answer / Solution

There are many and also differences between the 2 Commercial Multi-Peril programs:

The Commercial Residential Multi-Peril is for Condominium and Apartment buildings as well as Homeowner Associations.

The Commercial Non-Residential Multi-Peril is only for businesses such as Office buildings, Restaurants, Warehouses, Shopping Malls, etc.

In many cases you will have multiple buildings to insure in addition to the other on property items such as Carports, Swimming Pools, Etc.

Personal lines will usually only cover the individual units within a building or a dwelling.
