| How does Citizens process Agent of Record Letter on Commercial wind only policy. What are the procedures that have to be taken or where is this information found in the manual ?

This information can actually be found on Citizens site: https://www.citizensfla.com/agent/trm_faqs.cfm.
- Go to the Agents menu and select Training and Reference Materials.

Click on the FAQs tab.
- Scroll down the left side of the screen to the Agents Information FAQs, (You can also click on Submit a Question link to ask Citizens for more information).
- Click on the Agent/Agency Compliance link.
