TurboStorm is a fully web based rating program with 2 parts that can be purchased separately:

·         Commercial Residential Multi-Peril (Condos, Apartments, Homeowner Assoc –located anywhere in FL) and the Wind Only for the wind eligible areas only (rates both Commercial Residential and Non-Residential risks). 

o    The cost of these 2 lines of rating is $750/year or $198.88 / quarter. 

o    The manual and rates are posted on Citizens’ site.

o    Both lines of rating will print the ACORD apps (Multi-Peril), Citizens specific apps (Wind Only) and Supplemental apps (Both lines) needed to submit to Citizens

·         Commercial Non-Residential Multi-Peril (Rates businesses such as offices, strip malls, retail shops, etc – located anywhere in FL). 

o    The cost of this line of rating is $750/year, no payment plan available. 

o    The underwriting guidelines are posted on Citizens site and the rates used follow the ISO manual with some Citizens exceptions.

o    This line of rating currently only has the Citizens supplemental apps (the ACORD 125 & 140 will be added in the next 30 days)
