Group II Territory definitions from the ISO manual:

Seacoast and Inland Territorial Zones:

For the purposes of Basic Group II rating the State of Florida is divided into Seacoast and Inland Territories with the Seacoast Territory further subdivided into three zones and Monroe County. The following alphabetical list of Counties shows the various divisions:

Alachua: Inland

Baker: Inland

Bay:

  1. All areas South of the North Bank of the Intracoastal Waterway: Seacoast – Zone 2.
  2. Remainder of County: Seacoast – Zone 3.

Bradford: Inland

Brevard:

  1. All areas East of the West Bank of the Indian River: Seacoast – Zone 2.
  2. Remainder of the County: Seacoast – Zone 3.

Broward: Seacoast – Zone 1.

Calhoun: Inland

Charlotte:

  1. All areas West of Myakka River and Charlotte Harbor: Seacoast – Zone 2.
  2. Remainder of County: Seacoast – Zone 3.

Citrus:

  1. Towns of Chassahowitzka, Ozello and Homosassa and any other towns or communities lying wholly West of U.S. Highway No. 19: Seacoast – Zone 2.
  2. Remainder of County: Seacoast – Zone 3.

Clay: Inland

Collier: Seacoast – Zone 2.

Columbia: Inland

De Soto: Seacoast – Zone 3.

Dixie:

  1. Towns of Horseshoe Beach, Jena, Stewart City and Suwanee and any other towns or communities lying wholly South or West of U.S. Highway No. 19: Seacoast – Zone 2.
  2. Remainder of County: Seacoast – Zone 3.

Duval:

  1. All areas East of the West Bank of the Intracoastal Waterway: Seacoast – Zone 2.
