What can I do to get assistance on determining the reason for a rate difference between a policy issued by Citizens and TurboStorm?

Answer / Solution

How to get assistance on a rating discrepancy between Citizen's and TurboStorm:

  1. You can scan and email a copy of the Citizen's policy (dec pages) to LCahill@turborater.com  OR
  2. You can fax the policy/dec pages to 1-800-687-5454.
  3. There is no need to send the TurboStorm quote since ITC can pull up your quote in TurboStorm.
  4. As soon as we have reviewed the quote and policy, you will receive a call back to discuss the difference to help you resolve the issue.

NOTE:  In most cases the rating discrepancy is reviewed the same day received.
