CSP codes- eligible/ineligible:

1. Click on the Access Citizens Manuals at the top of any quote entry screen.
2. This will open a separate browser window and will take you to Citizens home page.
3. From the Agent Resources menu, select Underwriting Manuals.
4. Click on the CNR-M tab.
5. You will then be taken to an ePas login page (you will need to know this or contact Citizens for this information).
6. Click on the Underwriting Guidelines link.
7. Scroll down to page 9, which begins listing in alphabetical order, to find each CSP Description, Code and an Eligible column showing either Yes or No.
