Question / Issue
How do I find a CSP code in TurboStorm?

Answer / Solution

There are 2 ways to look up a CSP Code:

  1. Enter the numberical class code in the CSP Class Code entry field.
    • Click on the Search For Description link at the end of the entry field.
    • A list of descriptions will come up.  If the one you are looking for is not displayed on that screen, click on the page number below the list for more choices until you find it, then click the Select button.
    • Once you have made your selection, it will fill in the Nature of Operations full description.
  2. Leave the CSP Class Code entry field blank and enter at least a few letters of the description in the Nature of Operations entry field.
    • Click on the Search For Class Code link at the end of the Nature of Operations entry field.
    • A list of descriptions will come up.  If the one you are looking for is not displayed on that screen, click on the page number below the list for more choices until you find it, then click the Select button.
    • Once you have made your selelction, it will fill in the CSP Class Code and the full Nature of Operations description in each entry field.

NOTE:  It is important that you DO NOT freeform type the description as it must match what is in the list in order to rate properly.  You must use the look up links to properly insert the CSP code and description for the rating process.
