    | How can I track outgoing mail to my customers from my office? |

    Tracking and entering outgoing mail: 
This screen gives you the option to look up, make new entries, post mark them and delete them. 
    - Click on Agency Tools and select Mail Center.
 
    - From the Mail Center Options menu, select Mail Log.  
 
    - This screen will display the following information :
    
        
            - Date Sent - Date the mail was sent out
 
            - Mail Type - The type of mail (i.e. letter, check, payment, etc)
 
            - Agent - The agent who sent out the mail.
 
            - For Customer - The customer associated with the entry.
 
            - Postmarked By - This notes the date and the agent who post marked it.
 
         
     
     
    - To add a new entry:
    
        
            - Click on the Make a new Entry button
 
            - Fill out the details of the mail and then save it.
 
         
     
     
    - To find mail for specific customers in a date range:
    
        
            - Enter a customer's name inthe Customer entry field.
 
            - Select a date range
 
            - Click ont he Find button.
 
         
     
     
    - To exit the screen click on Done
