How do I add a client from a quote sheet?

Answer / Solution

To add a client from a quote sheet:

  1. Fill out the quote sheet details.
  2. Click on Close from the top menu bar.
  3. You will be asked if you want to save the form.
  4. If you select Yes, you will then be asked to enter a decription for the saved form.
  5. Click on OK.
  6. You will be taken to the Policy Summary Screen for that new client.
  7. The Policy Summary Screen will show the customer as Prospect.
  8. The user that created the quote sheet will show as the selling Agent.  An Administrator has the ability to change the attched selling agent.
  9. You may now fill out more details through the View/Edit Details option.
