User ID and Passwords for InsurancePro:

The agency administrator will need to log into InsurancePro:

1. Go to Agency Settings.
2. Select Manage Agents.
3. Highlight the Agent/CSR and click on Edit Agent Info
4. The User ID will display, but the Password will need to be changed by the administrator if the user does  not remember it since it shows as all stars (*).
5. Click on Save, then Done  to close the screen.
