IVANS Transfer Manager Connectivity Solutions

This section is for customers connecting to ECS through a Firewall.

For systems that are behind a Firewall connecting to the ECS server the Firewall will have to be configured to allow Passive FTP traffic to pass through. Most Firewalls will have an option to allow Passive FTP. By default this option will not be enabled. The following addresses and ports will need to be allowed.
