How do I activate a login for each of my agents?

Answer / Solution

Administrators can configure the login requirements by:

  1. Ensure that all agents are configured with a username and a password
  2. Click "File", then "Options", then "Configuration"
  3. Click the "General" gear icon
  4. Under the "Global Settings" section, set "Require login" to "On"
  5. Click "Save"
