Updating of InsurancePro:

1. Once you open InsurancePro, the program will connect to our sever to verify the version of the program you are running.  If there is an update, you will be prompted to run it. 
2. When an update is available, you will get a box stating that one is available.
   • If you are 2 or more versions behind, the message will state that you must run the update and to close the program on all workstations running InsurancePro before clicking on OK and proceeding with the update.
   • If you are only 1 update behind you will have a choice whether to run the update now or at a later time.
3. Once you click on OK, the program will close and begin the update process.
4. The File Download - Security Warning box will appear:
   • You can click on Run to download and install the update automatically OR
   • Click on Save to save the ipsetup.exe file to your desktop, then run the update manually.
5. Click on Run or Open when the Internet Explorer - Security Warning box appears.
6. Follow the each screen to complete the installation. 
7. Once the installation is complete, the program will open.
