    | I cannot seem to attach documents to the client file. Please let me know where I need to go to do this, or where I need to look to find out how to do this. Thanks. |

From the client Policy Summary Screen, click on Images/Scan Document.  
     
    - 
    
Double click on <Add New Image/File>.  
     
    - Browse to the location of the file. 
 
    - 
    
Highlight the file and click Open. 
     
    
    - 
    
In the Attach New Image/File box that will come up, type in the description for the image.  
     
    - 
    
Your document name will then display in the Description box on the Policy Summary Screen.
