Question / Issue

How to setup an automatic email response for quotes that don't generate rates.

Answer / Solution

Log in to your TurboRater for Websites Admin Console. Click the Email Responses tab at left. At Quotes without a Rate, select Standard Response or Custom Response. If you select Standard Response, you can see the email that is sent in the box below. If you pick Custom Response, you will create a custom email in the box below.
