When attempting to bridge I get this error message: "Internet Explorer has modified this page to help prevent cross-site scripting. Click here for more information.” How do I fix it?

Answer / Solution

"Internet Explorer has modified this page to help prevent cross-site scripting. Click here for more information.” error message using IE8 and bridging from TurboRater:

For Internet Explorer 8 the agent will need to override a default setting:

Go to Tools, Internet Options and click on the Security tab.
Click on the custom level button.
Scroll all the way down until you see Enable XSS filter.
This is defaulted to Enable. Set to Disable and apply the changes.
IE 8 will need to be restarted for the change to take affect.
