7016 - Corrupt table error message:

1. This means that there is a table in your quote database is corrupted.
2. First thing to run is the Reindex Databases utility:
   • Close all open quotes.
   • Go to the Tools menu, select Advanced, then Reindex Databases.
   • You will see the Database Initialization Process run through each table in your quote file.
3. If you still receive the 7016 error, then the damage is more severe and will require that you run the Certify Quote File utility: 
   • Go to the Tools menu, select Quote Management, then Certify Quote File or click the file cabinet icon on the toolbar at the top of the screen and select Certify Quote File.  NOTE: This process can take several minutes depending on the size of your quote database.
   • This process will scan through each table of your quote file.
   • If this utility finds any corrupted quotes, you will get a message that it found so many corrupted quotes. 
   • If it could not repair the damage, it will tell you that it could not and will delete those quotes.
   • You will then be asked if you want to restore from a back up.  You will need to make that decision based on the date that your last backup was done.
4. If you still receive a 7016 error after running the Certify Quote File utility and the program deleted corrupt quotes, you will need to restore from a backup.
