Go to the EGI Auto website. Click here to access the website.
On the left side of the page, click on the EGI Auto Agent Website CLICK HERE link.
Two browser windows will appear. You can close the plain PTS browser window.
From the PTS EGI Auto login screen, click on the link: Click here if you need to download download the latest comparative rater bridge.
This will open a new browser window for you to select the State and Comparative Rater vendor.
Once you have made your selections, click on the Download button.
Click on Run on the File Download – Security Warning box that appears.
From the Internet Explorer – Security Warning box, click on Run.
When the WinZip Self-Extractor – ximport_install[1].exe appears, click on the Unzip button on the upper right side of the screen (we suggest that you not change the default path for the unzip).
You will receive a message that the files have been unzipped successfully, click OK.
The XImport Utility will begin. On the Welcome screen, click on Next.
Click on Yes on the Software License Agreement screen.
Click on Browse on the Choose Destination Location screen. Check the path. It MUST be C:\Program Files\Ximport20\EGI. If you see the correct path simply click OK.
If you have a 64 bit operating system you will need to change the installation path. Simply place your cursor at the end of parentheses and backspace over (x86) so that the path displayed is now: C:\Program Files\Ximport20\EGI.Click OK once you have corrected the path.
The following screen shots show the steps on how to change the path when the computer is a 64 bit operating system:
Click on Next on the Select Program Folder screen.
On the Setup Complete screen, click on Finish. Then you can close any other browser windows related to EGI Auto.
You will now be able to bridge to EGI Auto from the ITC Comparative Rater.
