the screens are not allowing me to used the dropdown buttons...as in changing the sex from male to female or single to married. please advise what i need to do to correct this problem. thank you!

Answer / Solution

This means that your computer memory is low. You should be able to use your up and down arrows within each entry field. To make the dropdown lists work, reboot your machine.
