How do I delete a custom letter?

Answer / Solution

From the Agency Tools section on the lower left side of the screen, click on Mail Center. The Mail Center Options screen will appear. Highlight the letter you want to remove and click on the Delete button at the bottom of the screen. Once you have deleted the letters, click on Done at the bottom right of the screen to exit.
