Question / Issue
When trying to print, I get this error message: An error has occurred do you want insurance pro to fix it. If you click on the error details the details show: Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow.

Answer / Solution

This error results from having duplicate printer names.  Insurance Pro does not know how to distinguish which printer to use so it hangs and gives you the error you were receiving.  You need to either rename or delete one of the duplicate printer names.  If you are no longer using or it is showing that it is not connected, we recommend that you delete the printer.

To do this:

  1. Go to your printer setup - Click on Start/Printers and Faxes.
  2. Right click on the printer that you want to rename or delete and select either Rename or Delete.
  3. If you rename the printer, simply overwrite the name.
  4. If you delete the printer, you will be asked to confirm that you want to delete it.
