Question / Issue
How do I enter an endorsement on my customer's policy?

Answer / Solution

To enter an endorsement:

  1. From the Policy Summary Screen select Endorsements on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on New  at the bottom of the screen.
  3. On the New Endorsement screen, enter all necessary items such as:
      • Select the reason for the endorsement:
        • Added Leinholder
        • Added Driver
        • Added Vehicle
        • Removed Leinholder
        • Removed Driver
        • Removed Vehicle
        • Modify Vehicle
        • Modify Coverage
        • Other - enter the description for this change
      • Endorsement date
      • Enter the Description of change Endorsement made to the policy.
      • Change in premium - which will then autofill the other items such as: Agency Commission, what the new monthly payment will be based on the existing policy.  You can override this information if needed.
  4. Click on Save to store the endorsement changes or Cancel to abort the changes and exit the screen.
  5. Click on Done to exit the Policy Summary screen or continue with other options on this screen for this customer.
