Question / Issue
How do I view the payment history for a specific customer?

Answer / Solution

To view customer payment history:

  1. Pull up your customer's policy.
  2. On the Policy Summary Screen, select Payment History.
  3. This screen will display the Payments Received and Checks Written.
  4. You will also have the option to view Other Policies associated with this insured and Policy Balance by clicking on the buttons at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Click on Done to exit this screen.
