Question / Issue
How do I view all payments received in any given time period?

Answer / Solution

To search and view for payments received by your agency:

  1. On the Main Menu screen, select Find Payment from the Payments menu in the upper left corner of the screen.
  2. Enter a date range only if you want to see all payments received for the agency for that time period.
  3. Click on the Find button to search.
    • If you want to look up payments using more specific criteria, enter or select:
      • Receipt #
      • Check #
      • Client name (click on the button to the left of the field to search for a specific client)
      • Account type
  4. Further payment processing options for each payment displayed are available on the bottom right of this screen to:
      • Process Returned Check
      • Mark as sent to Company
      • Void Payment
      • Delete Payment
      • Edit Receipt
      • Reprint Receipt
  5. Click on Done to exit this screen.
