Agent Login Configuration Screen

The Agent Login Configuration Screen is the place to administer permissions, commission rates, and integration with other applications such as AgencyBuzz and EZLynx.

How do you get there?

  1. Start InsurancePro and login as an administrator.
  2. Click on the menu item "Agency Settings" and then "Manage Agents".

How do you add a new login?

  1. Navigate to the Agent Login Configuration Screen
  2. Click on the "Add a New Agent" text on the left side of the screen.
  3. Fill in the necessary information on ALL tabs.  Please do not neglect the "Permissions" tab.
  4. Click "Save" to save your new agent

How do you change a login?

  1. Navigate to the Agent Login Configuration Screen
  2. Select an agent in the list box on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click on the "Edit Agent Info" text on the left side of the screen below the list box.
  4. Modify the information you consider necessary to modify.
  5. Click "Save" to save your changes or "Cancel" to undo any changes you have yet to save.

 

 How do you change a password?

There are two approaches to doing this:

  1. Approach #1 (requires knowledge of the old password)
    1. Navigate to the Agent Login Configuration Screen
    2. Select an agent in the list box on the left side of the screen.
    3. Click on the "Change Password" text on the left side of the screen below the list box.
    4. Type in the old password, the new password, and then click "OK".
  2. Approach #2
    1. Navigate to the Agent Login Configuration Screen
    2. Select an agent in the list box on the left side of the screen.
    3. Click on the "Edit Agent Info" text on the left side of the screen below the list box.
    4. Type in the new password in the textbox labeled "Password" in the "Login" grouping on the "General" tab.

How do you delete a login?

  1. Navigate to the Agent Login Configuration Screen
  2. Select the agent you would like to delete in the list box on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click on the "Delete Agent" text on the left side of the screen below the list box.
  4. Answer any additional prompts.

How do you toggle the view between deleted and active agents?

  1. Navigate to the Agent Login Configuration Screen.
  2. Click on the "View Deleted Agents" text on the left side of the screen below the list box.
  3. Click on the "View Active Agents" text on the left side of the screen below the list box to return to the view of only active agent logins.  

 

 

How do you undelete a deleted agent?

 

  1. Navigate to the Agent Login Configuration Screen
  2. Click on the "View Deleted Agents" text on the left side of the screen below the list box.
  3. Select the agent that you would like to make active in the list box on the left side of the screen.
  4. Click on the "Undo Delete" text on the left side of the screen below the list box to make the selected agent login active.

 

 How do you attach an image of a signature?

  1. Sign a blank sheet of paper on a line that's about 2 inches long.
  2. Scan the paper to an image.
  3. Crop the image to be the size of 2 x 0.5 inches.
  4. Save the cropped image to a *.jpg file.
  5. Navigate to the Agent Login Configuration Screen.
  6. Select an agent in the list box on the left side of the screen.
  7. Click on the "View/Attach Signature" text on the left side of the screen below the list box.
  8. Double click the image to search for the file you saved for the signature.
  9. Click "Close"
