Question / Issue
InsurancePro Integration with AgencyBuzz

Answer / Solution

 InsurancePro Integration with AgencyBuzz

For policy owner information to bridge from InsurancePro to AgencyBuzz, the following list of facts must all be true:

  1. You must have an AgencyBuzz account
  2. InsurancePro must be configured to integrate with AgencyBuzz
  3. The policy must have an email address
  4. The email address must not be duplicated in AgencyBuzz
  5. The policy must have a driver or a homeowner specified

Here are some hints for managing your data:

  1. Ensure that auto policies have a driver specified
  2. Ensure that home owner policies have an owner specified
  3. If the policy has both a physical and a mailing address specified, the mailing address will be bridged
  4. To ensure data consistency across policies, duplicate the policy manually.  This retains the AgencyBuzz id that is used to link the policy information between InsurancePro and AgencyBuzz.
