| Trigger the Location Selection box to choose default location after login |

If you have agents or CSRs that often change locations, we recommend you activate the "Location Selection" box after login. This will allow the agent, on login, to specify their default location for that session.
Agency Administrators can activate this feature:
- Go to Preferences (click on your name in top right corner)
- Select Agency, then Location Assignment
- Select Yes for "Choose Location on Login"
- Click Save
