Troubleshooting ordering MVRs

Answer / Solution

An error message will be displayed if you are unable to retrieve a MVR providing details on why the order could not go through. Oftentimes the primary reason you may experience an issue ordering an MVR is the username and/or password you entered is incorrect. The vendor you purchase MVRs from would be able to assist you with this. If the incorrect username and password is entered too many times, your account with the MVR vendor may get locked. This would also require the vendor you purchase MVRs from to resolve.  If contact with the MVR dealer is needed, do this via a conference call with ITC to them.
