Question / Issue
I have a firewall or antivirus software, is there information available that I can use to prevent blocking of a connection for updates or credit scoring?

Answer / Solution

You may need to configure your firewall or antivirus software to include our IP addresses for our servers as well as ports used for certain transactions.

Each firewall and antivirus software is different and may require adding our server IP addresses as Trusted Sites.

You may also have to open certain ports that may not automatically be open.

We suggest that you have the person that services your network or computers configure this information.  Or call your sofware provider for your firewall or antivirus software.

The link below will take you to a screen that displays:

  • All ITC server IP addresses
  • The DNS
  • A description of the use
