What does Locations mean in the New User setup?

Answer / Solution

The reporting Locations entry is used for Location Admins and Standard users.

For Location Admins, it determines locations used for reporting purposes and for quote deletion. Location Admins will only be able to see information on the quotes for the locations to which they are assigned.

For Standard Users, if the user is restricted to editing quotes only for their locations, these are the only locations they are allowed to log in to and the only locations whose quotes the user can modify.
