Question / Issue
How do I set or remove a reminder or note in a quote?

Answer / Solution

Notes/Reminders:

  1. Open a new or saved quote.
  2. On the Single Screen or Policy tab, click on Add Note under the Notes/Reminders section. Or from any tab in the system Click on Note/Bound and click Add Note.
  3. Enter a date for your reminder.
  4. Type in your note and click on OK to save it.
  5. You will see a future  note or reminder highlighted in yellow in the Note/Reminders section on the right side of the screen.
  6. You will see a past due note or reminder highlighted in red.
  7. You can delete or edit a note by simply clicking the trash can icon to delete the note (on the lower right side of the note) or the pencil icon (on the upper right side of the note).
