Question / Issue
How do I set or change the company group a user uses for quoting purposes?

Answer / Solution

NOTE: You must have Admin access to edit which Company Group a user is assigned to use for quoting purposes.

If everyone in an agency shares the same company producer codes and logins, then everyone shares the same one company group.  Otherwise, if a user has their own company producer for at least one company, they will need their own company group. 

After creating their company group, follow these steps to set the company group in their user account.

  1. Hover over Administration and select List Users.
  2. At the left of the user, click Edit.
  3. At Company Group, select the Company Group the user should use for quoting purposes.
  4. At page bottom, click Submit.
  5. Click Exit Administration.
