How to turn off a specific tier of a company in TurboRater:

1.       You will need to be an agency admin or location admin to make this change.

2.       Go to Administration.

3.       Select Edit Companies.

4.       Scroll down to the company.

5.       Click Additional Info over on the right hand side of the screen.

6.       Go to Rating Programs tab.

7.       Uncheck tier option that you want to turn off.

8.       Hit Ok.

9.       Hit Save Changes.

The specific tier of that company is now removed from the comparison screen.
