For Internet Explorer 8, you will need to override a default setting:

1. Go to Tools, Internet Options and click on the Security tab. 
2. Click on the custom level button. 
3. Scroll all the way down until you see Enable XSS filter. 
4. This is defaulted to Enable.  Set to Disable and apply the changes. 
5. IE 8 will need to be restarted for the change to take affect.
