1. Sign up to become an authorized agent with Assurant Health - https://www.getitc.com/!/assurant-health-turborater-partner-program
2. Assurant will provide you with a producer code, username, and password.  In TurboRater, go to Preferences – Location Tab.
3. Activate Assurant by checking the box next to their name and enter your producer code, username and password.
4. Save and Exit Preferences.

To generate a quote:

1. Complete the auto quote screens
2. Then on the Rating/Scoring Tab click on the icon for Assurant Health.
3. You will be prompted to answer a couple of additional questions, then select Rate Health Care.
4. Plans and Premiums from Assurant will be displayed.
5. Simply select the desired Plan and the level and the premium will adjust accordingly. You can also select Plan Details link to see more information on the plans.
6. Once your selections are made, select Upload to bridge to Assurant’s website.
7. You will complete the application process on Assurant's site.
