Question / Issue
Disable a User (to remove a user’s TurboRater access or free a space for a new user)

Answer / Solution

NOTE: You must be an Admin to disable a user.

Once you disable a user, the user can no longer access TurboRater.

Also, TurboRater accounts allow you to add a set number of users at the current pricing. If you want to add a new user, but the system won't allow it, you can disable an existing user who no longer needs access to TurboRater so you can add the new user. Otherwise, contact support@getitc.com to enable your account for an additional user.

  1. Go to Administration and select List Users.
  2. Go to the user to deactivate, and click Edit.
  3. At the status field, select Disable.
  4. Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
  5. If you want to add a new user, go to Administration and select Add New User.
