| I have locked myself out of TurboRater. How do I get my user account unlocked? |
| Answer / Solution |

There are four options available to unlock your account: 1. Wait 5 minutes and the account will automatically unlock 2. Contact your Agency or Location Administrator. They can unlock your account. 3. Enter your username in the Recover Password section. Your password will be emailed to the email address associated with that account 4. Have your Agency Administrator contact our support department at (800) 383-3482 x4
