| I have my producer code entered for American Mercury, why am I getting this message: You must enter a valid producer code? |
| Answer / Solution |

American Mercury requires that a producer code be entered in the Company setup when attempting to retrieve a Real-Time rate from them in TurboRater. The format for entering this code is 4 digits.
You may need to call American Mercury to verify your producer code if after entering it you still get the error message.
