Login Limitations:

1. Each user (unique user name and password) can only be logged in from one computer and browser.
2. What happens if a user is logged in twice (same user name and password used)?
   • If a user is logged in twice, the first person to login has their actions limited, for example:
     • User "bobsmith" logs in.
     • Someone else on a different computer, also logs in as user "bobsmith".
     • The first bobsmith login can no longer open quotes, create new quotes, or modify preferences.
3. There are 2 reasons why the limitations are set:
   • Licensing - number of user licenses purchased for the agency
   • To avoid conflicts with user-level options
4. There is a limit set on the number of active users that can be defined within an agency based on how many licenses have been purchased.
