In order for the bridge from TurboRater to Agency Matrix to work, there are some settings that need to be done in Agency Matrix first: the XML permissions and setting up the rater company names.

XML Permissions

1. Click on Admin across the top, then on either Employee Permissions or Employee Groups.
   
2. Find the employee or employee group, then click the icon on the left.
3. In the General Permissions section, click on the Advanced Permissions tab.
4. Near the bottom of this section, turn on the Import Acord XML permission to YES.
   
5. Click at the bottom.
   
6. This needs to be done with each user/group that will be bridging.

Rater Company Names

1. Click on Admin across the top, then on Rater Company Name.
   
2. On the top-right, click on .
3. On the Matrix Carrier Name drop-down, select a carrier that you will be using for rating.
4. In the Rater Carrier Name field, enter the name of the carrier as it comes up on TurboRater.
   
5. Click at the bottom.
   
6. Repeat steps 2-5 for each carrier that you use in TurboRater.
