Support Remote Access:

1. To have one of ITC's Support Reps remote into your PC Click on this link: http://remote.itcdataservices.com/  OR if you are already in the program, go to the Help menu and select Connect ITC Support/Training or Support Remote Access(Please note - you must have a support rep on the phone when accessing this feature).
   
   
2. The link is also on ITC's main page - http://www.getitc.com/ go to the Support menu at the upper right of the page, and click on Remote Support Access.
   
   
3. Another way is to go to the Support site by going to http://www.getitc.com/support/ and clicking on Remote Support link on the Menu.
