Comparison screen Fast Re-Rate:

1. The section is hidden.
2. On the Fast-Re-rate title bar line on the right side of the screen you will see a [Show] link.
3. Once you click on this link, the entry fields will appear.
4. You will not have to change this each time you rate a quote.  Once you click on the link it will remain that way for all future quotes, unless the [Hide] option is clicked.
